I see you. I've been there. It's hard to ask for help. Sometimes it's hard to know what to ask for. Sometimes it's hard if you think the person might say no. (And it's AWFUL when someone does say no.) When you have a moment of calm, check out this "ways to ask for specific help" list, and then after you pick the ones that will help you, cut and paste those items into an email or text and ask your friends and loved ones for help. This way you can send to more than one person, and give them options to choose from when they are able to.
