My emotional eating definition is that we ALL do it, and a lot of it is actually GOOD! But when it makes us feel super shitty or causes us to overeat, then we could use some emotional eating help. And that is exactly why I do I what I do!
(BTW, I have an emotional eating book, too - actually a guided journal because who has time for another book that won't solve the issue? Jump right into the process and engage yourself in the change... all in just 5-10 minutes per day!!!)
I know my gentle approach (and let's admit it, my funny personality, too) helps busy people get through their inability to eat the way they want to-- by understanding the emotional connection to their food.
