The truth is I'm always excited when I make these podcasts. I know that talking about "structure" probably sounds really boring, but it's actually so interesting to break it down and actually understand what it's doing in our lives - whether we look at it or not!
I'm not the kind of person who wants any more commitment in my life... between getting married and then having kids, my commitment allotment is ALL used up. I can't even pick a meal plan to commit to!! LOL
If you want to understand the basic premise behind:
Then listen up to this episode! Because there are some basic rules you need to understand as to how and why these work (or don't work).

Let's just jump right in and figure out how ending the blame game will transform your life and health! Here are just a few possibilities...
An invitation to walk with me...
And let's contemplate the pillar of health: FLOWERS
I'll explore how this pillar of health affects us in so many ways...
A poem by Rumi for Valentine's Day:
Whoever acts with respect will get respect.
Whoever brings sweetness
will be served almond cake.
This Valentine's Day I think we can say that we deserve both, don't we? Respect AND almond cake!! And, yes, you can have both. (And you can lose weight, too.)
In this episode I don't recite any poems, though I should probably start to do so! However, I talk about all the many reasons why I love Valentine's Day, and how you can learn to love Valentine's Day, too (if you don't already).
I also explain why glitter is so good for you, and how you can put it to use in your own life.
And, of course, I always tie it back in with how you can craft a life that sparkles, and how to stay on track for natural weight loss while you celebrate life and live in rhythm with the seasons!
